Dogood (AKA the Verdict): Leader of the Hero Allegiance as made by phantomeus.

Dogood's parents, who loved the ironic name Dogoods, were some of the most renown villains the world has ever known. When they brought home their newborn babe, they maliciously did everything they could to ignore him, though there was the occasional scorpion in his cradle. The only reason he survived even to the age of three was because of a kind hearted non-powered nanny. And the only reason she stayed with the Dogoods in the first place is because she knew they would kill her family just for sport if she ever quit. The Dogoods didn't really mind their son, he kept out of their way and they completely ignored him, not minding the back room of the house where he lived like a stranger. But when suddenly a 15 year old son of the Dogoods, with the powers of superstrength and flight, decided to put a stop to one of their evil schemes; well, he went from a minor nuisance to a full fledged problem. They kicked him out of the house, but were eventually put in jail after trying to complete a heist halfway around the world and were captured by Japanese mechs. He has not seen them since. About this time he met his rival, nemesis, and bane of his existence, Overlord Felstar. But despite this, Dogood became a very successful hero. So much so that now he's more or less retired from the 'field work' and works as a mentor to new heroes and is the leader of the Hero Allegiance. He also is the manager and owner of a prestigious paper company when in civilian guise. Dogood can be a strict boss, but generally he is giving and charitable. The same goes for when he trains new heroes.

Seraph (AKA Overlord Felstar): Leader of the Villain Allegiance as made by Raxion.

Felstar was born into a family of heroes known as the Seraph family. She didn't seem to really fit in, though, since at first, it didn't appear she had any powers at all. Unfortunate, but it was the way things sometimes happened amongst super families. Truth of the matter was, she had an innate control over darkness and teleportation. Meaning, she was usually hard to find to begin with. Around the age of 13 was when her powers had a bit of a 'growth spurt' to say the least and she accidentally teleported into the Netherworld. She was only there for a few days, in which her parents desperately sought for their 'runaway' daughter. When she came back, she had grown a tail and was scared out of her mind. As the years rolled on, she started going back to the Netherworld, finding this dark twisted realm to be intriguing in its violent and maniacal nature of chaos and laws meshed into a twisted maelstrom and earned her status as an Overlord of her own pocket realm. No doubt, this made her a tad cracked in the 'sanity' department. Her parents still think she is without powers and she is required to go back and visit at least once a year for Christmas, where she pretends the only power she really has is... well, a tail. They don't know about the massive rack of horns and burning eyes that she easily hides away with her power to tuck away in darkness. She runs a rivalling paper company on the island and has obtained a status as to be one of the most notorious villains on the island. With her ability to summon from her Pocket Plane she is ruler of what is known as Apocrypha and due to her nature as an Overlord, sees to it that she runs the villains of the city in a more organized manner so as to reduce the number of random villains to contest with, though many complain that she tends to be a bit too quick with the shark tank button at meetings. So far, she's too unstable to even comprehend a relationship and is probably a virgin.

Greyg (AKA Greygman): Leader of the Neutral Allegiance as made by AC-unit.

It is odd enough for a child to be born to a hippie and a lawyer, but in Greyg's situation his parents were a superhero hippie, and a supervillain lawyer. His father wanted Greyg to take ballet lessons, while his mother wanted him to take extra classes at school. Together they confused their child, with both of them fighting over what he did, how he acted, and how he should feel (although, they loved each other very much, and were advocates for ending hero/villain segregation). It wasn't until he reached the freedom of college that his powers manifested. A professor had just assigned a very lengthy paper, and as the young(er) Greyg sat down to write it, he decided he would much prefer to play videogames all day. His roommate joined in the videogame playing palooza, and soon the whole floor of the dorm was slacking off instead of doing their work. Before the semester ended, Greyg's freshman class had the highest drop-out record ever. It was then Greyg realized his power. Despite his lack of motivation in most areas of life, Greyg put great time and effort to control his power. He later became the somewhat elected leader of the Neutrals, since he declined to take a side, even though both the Verdict and Overlord Felstar tried to convince him otherwise. His day job consists of owning a night club and being the headlining Burlesque dancer by the name of Steel Magnolia. His superdisguise name is Greygman. He has a last name, but he doesn't care for it, and neither do you evidently.

Cholera as made by Raxion.

The fiendish pet ducky of Overlord Felstar. Many assume that it's just a normal plastic ducky that has wheels which light up and horns glued to its head with some cheap glue. Yet there are rumors that it is within this ducky that Felstar absorbs the souls of those she supposedly kills. This is mostly because the thing has been spotted to move on its own, rocking back and forth with a haunting quack as its technicolor wheels flash lights. No one really knows what Cholera truly is, but most people are too afraid to break or harass the thing for fear of the Overlord's wrath.

Leobobby as made by Star-Seal.

The fantastically fluffy, disturbingly chipper and all around adorable pet lionhead rabbit of Dogood's. Dogood returned to his home one evening after a long day of justice and discovered a box on his front step, with a hand scrawled message he couldn't make out. In the box, he discovered a little golden brown bunny with lots of fluff around his head and neck, white, loving blue eyes, and home-made death laser strapped around his belly. After the laser melted some of the neighbors' petunias, Dogood successfully removed it and took the bunny into his home, where he fed him organic lettuces and they shared a cucumber sandwich. Dubbing the little creature Leobobby, he made a home for him in his office, where he spends most his time in bizarre coma-like states with his eyes open. Otherwise he is alert, affectionate, and creepily happy all the time. He also has the tendancy to grind his teeth and turn up in places like on top of the bookshelf and and in the D-F drawer of the file cabinet.
